How to Manage Your Email During an Outage
View incoming email in queue
- Login to your email account spam filter: https://advspam2.comstar.biz/
- Navigate to Continuity > Delivery queue - incoming
- Using the Query Rules, quick select "Accepted" for all messages and click on [Show Results]
- Click on the subject link to read the email
Compose a new email
- Login to your email account spam filter: https://advspam2.comstar.biz/
- Navigate to Continuity > Compose Email
- Enter recipient(s), subject and message. Add attachment if desired. Send Message.
View Outgoing mail
- Login to your email account spam filter: https://advspam2.comstar.biz/
- Navigate to Continuity > Delivery queue - outgoing
- Using the Query Rules, quick select "Accepted" for all messages and click on [Show Results]
Reply to email in queue
- Login to your email account spam filter: https://advspam2.comstar.biz/
- Navigate to Continuity > Delivery queue - incoming
- Using the Query Rules, quick select "Accepted" for all messages or apply filters to find the message you want and click on [Show Results]
- Locate the message to reply to and click on the down-arrow next to the checkbox on the left
- Select "Compose Reply"
- Enter recipient(s), subject and message. Add attachment if desired. Send Message.
