Professional Website Design – Programming Your Website

Robert HoldemanWeb Design, Website Tips

This is the part of the process that can make all the difference in not only how your website looks, but how it functions.

Assembly

After you approve the prototype, your web project moves into the assembly phase, where the web space and database is first created on our development server.

During assembly the prototype illustration is programmed as the visual component layer of your online presence, sometimes called the “skin” or the “theme”. The assembly phase also includes the development of the functional programming for a content management system (CMS), online store, or other application.

Comstar’s experienced developers take all of the individual components, apply the necessary programming, and build your actual working website layer by layer. Before this phase is completed, the overall look, optimized photos, navigation, and any content you provide will be added to the site for your final approval.
